URBAN PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION

The Urban Planning and Construction Department has developed solid expertise by providing legal advice on General Urban Development Plans, Subdivision Plans, Detailed and Redevelopment Plans, as well as on the construction of large and medium-sized retail facilities.

In terms of litigation, the professionals at Di Pardo have acquired extensive experience in proceedings before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR) and the Council of State, including cases concerning expropriation, building permits (including amnesty procedures), sanctions under Articles 31 et seq. of Presidential Decree 380/2001, urban development charges, construction costs under Article 16 of Presidential Decree 380/2001, and penalties for late payments under Article 42 of the Testo Unico sull’Edilizia (Italian Consolidated Law on Construction and Urban Planning - TUED).
