The Tax Law Department offers solid expertise in dealings with tax authorities, developed through both litigation and out-of-court assistance provided to taxpayers, businesses, trade associations, and non-profit organisations.

In terms of litigation, Di Pardo regularly provides legal representation and defence before the Court of Justice, the Regional Tax Commission, and the Court of Cassation.

Di Pardo also regularly provides consultancy and legal assistance in managing relations with the tax authorities during the pre-litigation phase, including the submission and handling of tax rulings and advance clarifications, as well as in domestic and international tax planning.
