HEALTHCARE AND SOCIAL CARE

The Healthcare and Social Care Department provides both litigation and out-of-court assistance to healthcare facilities, private healthcare companies, entities accredited with the National Health Service (S.S.N.), as well as public-private partnerships, in proceedings before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), the Council of State, and the Ordinary Courts.

Di Pardo also regularly provides consultancy and legal assistance aimed at obtaining the necessary authorisations for the opening or expansion of healthcare facilities accredited with the National Health Service (S.S.N.), as well as for the proper determination of spending limits for services provided to both regional and non-regional patients.
