INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Intellectual Property (IP) Department has extensive experience in the protection of IP rights, developed through both out-of-court and judicial proceedings, with particular focus on the protection of trademarks, designs, models, and patents.

The department also supports companies in participating in public tenders and funding programmes aimed at brand development and protection.
