The Data Protection and Privacy Law Department offers solid experience in privacy and personal data protection, developed through both litigation and out-of-court assistance provided to individuals, businesses, trade associations, non-profit organisations, public administrations, and local authorities.
In terms of litigation, Di Pardo provides support in exercising data subjects’ rights before the Italian Data Protection Authority, as well as before the Ordinary Courts.
Di Pardo also regularly provides consultancy and assistance in the drafting of contracts (Terms and Conditions, Master Service Agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Service Agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses), in mapping processing activities pursuant to Article 30 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in managing consent processing, in assessing compliance for international data transfers, in drafting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and in handling relations with Data Processors.
