The Employment Law and Industrial Relations Department has extensive experience in employment contracts, consultancy and coordinated and continuous collaboration agreements, as well as in business and branch transfers. This expertise has been developed through litigation and out-of-court assistance provided to companies operating in the healthcare, facility management, tourism and industrial sectors, as well as to employers' trade associations in the industrial and commercial sectors, including cooperatives.

In terms of litigation, Di Pardo regularly provides legal representation and assistance before the Ordinary Courts and up to the Higher Courts, including cases involving dismissals for just cause, collective redundancies, the application of social clauses for staff transfers in the event of contract changes, and employment relationships of medical executives, both in the public and private sectors.

Di Pardo also regularly provides consultancy and legal assistance in extraordinary due diligence operations, relations with sector trade unions, and labour and social security inspection procedures.
