ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL LAW

The Energy and Environmental Law Department offers solid expertise in authorisation procedures for energy production plants, in contracts for the construction, sale and management of such facilities, as well as in energy and environmental due diligence. This experience has been gained through both litigation and out-of-court assistance provided to various economic operators in the sector, including companies and public authorities.

In terms of litigation, Di Pardo regularly provides legal representation and assistance before the Regional Administrative Courts (T.A.R.) and the Council of State.

In terms of advisory services, Di Pardo provides support and assistance in various authorisation procedures relating to waste management and renewable energy, as well as in dealings with regulatory authorities and matters concerning natural gas distribution concessions. In synergy with professionals from other departments, Di Pardo also ensures assistance in drafting contracts and corporate documents required for the implementation of related projects and transactions (Engineering, Procurement and Construction; Power Purchase Agreements, etc.).
