ELECTORAL LAW

The Electoral Law Department has extensive experience in electoral matters, both with regard to municipal and regional elections and in relation to the specific procedures governing elections to the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of the Republic.

The team has developed solid expertise in matters relating to the proper conduct of political elections, with particular reference to the application of the “Severino Law”.

In the area of electoral litigation, the professionals at Di Pardo have acquired extensive experience in providing legal representation before the Regional Administrative Courts (TAR), the Council of State, and the Ordinary Courts.
