PUBLIC DOMAIN

The Public Domain Department brings over thirty years of experience in matters relating to public property, with particular focus on assets belonging to the public domain, including ancient rights of way (tratturi), collective land use rights (usi civici), quarries, and public concessions.

In particular, the department regularly provides legal advice and assistance to sector operators and local authorities in procedures concerning the issuance, renewal, forfeiture, revocation, transfer or sub-concession of maritime, lake and river public domain concessions, both for productive and tourism-recreational activities, as well as in the preparation of the necessary urban planning instruments.
