PUBLIC PROCUREMENT

The Public Procurement Department provides ongoing legal assistance to public authorities, public-private joint ventures, public service concessionaires, trade associations, and leading companies operating in construction, services, and transport at local, national, and international level. The department advises on public procurement and concession contracts for public works, services, and supplies, including public-private partnership (PPP) procedures.

The activity focuses on resolving key legal issues arising in the preparation of tender documentation, while also ensuring legal representation and defence in proceedings concerning the award of concessions, project financing, and contracts for works, services and supplies, as well as in proceedings before ANAC (the National Anti-Corruption Authority) and the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).
