The Competition Law Department offers its clients extensive experience in providing advice and assistance on competition protection and safeguarding business economic initiative.

By leveraging synergies with other departments, the Antitrust team at Di Pardo assists businesses in reporting unlawful conduct by competitors to the relevant competition authorities, in communicating and notifying the Competition Authority of mergers, agreements, and distribution arrangements, as well as in connection with any related investigative proceedings initiated by the Authority.

In terms of litigation, the professionals at Di Pardo have acquired extensive experience in antitrust proceedings — in particular, in challenging sanctioning decisions issued by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM), in damage claims arising from anti-competitive conduct, and in disputes concerning public competition law issues, abuse of dominant position, prohibited agreements, and cartel arrangements — before both national and EU competition authorities.
